Nice Pair Vintage 50s Fiberglass Lamp Shades Mid Century Modern Retro Atomic Era

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fun pair of round fiberglass lamp shades. The shades are beige in color, and they have a random painted design in black and white. The black designs appear to be stars, large dots and atomic looking snowflakes, and they scattered throughout. There is also a random white paint splatter design as well, which is a bit more subtle (see photos). Measurements: Each of the two shades measures approx. The diameter across the top is approx.

13, while the diameter measured across the bottom is approx. Condition: Both shades are in very good condition - there are no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. All of the lacing on both shades appears to be intact and taut. The applied design on the shade appears to be painted onto the fiberglass.

There are some small areas where it looks like there was mild color rubbing (see photos). It doesn't particularly detract, but we wanted to show and mention it for accuracy. Also, there appears to be a few small spots where there is a very faint pinkish color on the fiberglass. All of this can probably clean up quite readily - we choose to leave them alone as it didn't particularly bother us, and is pretty much only seen if you are looking for it.
